Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure that enables us to offer our Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced within them, describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using our Services.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or purchasing from us.

By visiting, browsing, interacting with or purchasing through brikblu.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Details including fabric composition, GSM, printing or embroidery techniques, fit and garment specifications are provided on individual product pages wherever applicable.

Certain products may incorporate techniques such as embroidery, halftone printing, puff printing, flock printing, metallic foil, rhinestone work, distressed printing or UV-reactive printing. Minor variations may naturally occur because of these processes.

We may change product descriptions, specifications or availability at any time.

We may also discontinue a product or limit quantities available for purchase.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Submitting an order through brikblu.com constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order.

We reserve the right to reject, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

Payment failure
Incorrect pricing
Product unavailability
Suspected fraud
Incorrect customer information
Technical or inventory errors

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Please review your size, product, quantity, delivery address and contact information carefully before completing your purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

All eligible returns, claims and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Only damaged, defective or missing items are eligible for a return or claim under our standard policy, and eligible issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery with appropriate proof, subject always to rights available under applicable law.

Products purchased through our website are intended primarily for personal use. Commercial resale without our permission may be restricted.

SECTION 4 — PRICES, PAYMENTS AND BILLING

All product prices displayed on brikblu.com are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts and offers may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed when your order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.

Applicable taxes and other charges, if any, will be displayed as required before completion of your purchase.

Standard delivery is currently free across India, subject to our Shipping Policy.

Promotional discounts, coupon codes or special campaigns may be subject to separate terms, validity periods and eligibility conditions.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment, billing and account information.

By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Their separate terms, security procedures and processing systems may also apply.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

BRIKBLU currently provides free standard delivery across India.

Our usual order flow is:

Orders are generally packed the same day
Orders are typically dispatched the next day
Typical delivery time is approximately 5–8 days

These timelines are estimates and may vary because of location, courier serviceability, holidays, weather, high order volumes or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

BRIKBLU works with third-party courier partners and cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

We will, however, reasonably assist customers where a shipment appears delayed, lost or otherwise affected in transit.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, CLAIMS AND REFUNDS

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Under our standard policy:

Only damaged, defective or missing items are eligible for return or claim.

An eligible issue must generally be reported within 3 days from delivery.

Claims must include appropriate supporting evidence, which may include photographs, videos, packaging photographs, shipping-label photographs or other information reasonably required to verify the issue.

Products returned following an approved claim must meet the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our policies is intended to restrict any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

Such material may be protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual-property laws.

Republish product photographs
Reproduce garment designs
Create derivative products
Sell or commercially exploit our content
Remove copyright or proprietary notices
Use BRIKBLU branding in a manner suggesting affiliation or endorsement

No rights or licences are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.

The Shopify name and trademarks belong to Shopify and/or its respective affiliates.

Other trademarks appearing through the Services remain the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 10 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

BRIKBLU is powered by Shopify, which provides the technological platform used to operate our online store.

However, purchases made from our store are transactions directly between you and BRIKBLU.

Shopify is not the seller of BRIKBLU products.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by BRIKBLU or disputes arising directly from purchases made from us.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our store operates using Shopify, certain information relating to your access, transactions and use of the Services may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers required to operate our store.

Nothing in this section is intended to prevent a consumer from exercising any jurisdictional or dispute-resolution right available under applicable consumer-protection law.
