Shipping Charges

We offer free delivery across India on all orders placed through brikblu.com.

There are no standard shipping charges added at checkout for domestic orders.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to keep things moving quickly:

Orders are usually packed on the same day
Orders are typically dispatched the next day
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during unusually high order volumes may require additional processing time

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive available tracking details through the contact information provided while placing the order.

Typical delivery time is 5–8 days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier serviceability, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.

Remote locations may occasionally take a little longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be shared through available communication channels such as SMS, WhatsApp or email, depending on the details provided with your order.

Please allow some time for the courier partner's tracking system to update after dispatch.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please check your shipping address and contact number carefully before placing your order.

BRIKBLU cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as quickly as possible. We will try to help before the order is dispatched, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the shipment has left us.

Delivery Delays

We work with third-party courier partners, so occasional delays can happen after an order has been dispatched.

If your shipment appears unusually delayed, contact us and we will help you check its status with the courier partner.

Damaged, Defective or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or with an item missing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and supporting photo/video proof.

Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
